Danitzah’s brengt Caribische warmte en kleur met koelverse en diepgevroren wereldgerechten en snacks uit de Afro-Caraïbische en Latijns-Amerikaanse keukens en culturen. Een segment van de wereldkeukens die nog in beperkte mate door winkels wordt ingevuld, terwijl deze keuken in foodfestivals en in de horeca al geruime tijd zeer succesvol is. De krachtige Afro-Caraïbische en Latijns-Amerikaanse vrouwen (en mannen) zorgen met hun kleurrijke cultuur voor optimisme en gastvrijheid. Waarbij met elkaar delen en met volle teugen genieten van het lekkere eten en het leven centraal staat.
