Pucón pâtisserie & cuisine werd in 2020 in Nuenen geboren, geïnspireerd door de Chileense stad Pucón, waar mijn carrière als chef begon.
Elke creatie verenigt de warmte van
Zuid-Chili met internationale smaken, met zorg bereid, met verse ingrediënten en een ambachtelijke toets.
Bij Pucón geloven we dat koken gaat over het delen van momenten, emoties en herinneringen — met eenvoud, schoonheid en smaak.
